In my quest to be healthier and the best me I can be I have started weight training again. This means that I am sleeping better and feeling better. Today I set a personal record in the deadlift 130 pounds for a 5×5. My current goal is to deadlift my body weight. After that goal it might be 1.5 times my bodyweight. Regardless that is the most I have ever deadlifted . Go Me!!!
The hubs and I are trying to get out 2 – 3 times a week to disc golf. We take the dogs and do at least 9 holes. Sunshine, exercise and family time. The down side of being outside is my allergies are off the charts. Not exactly sure what caused this latest snotfest, but it is a doozy.
The garden still sits there waiting for me to get to it. I am quickly running out of time.
