Take a Moment

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sympathy for the survivors, for they are more than victims now, family members  and those that lost someone they love, from the Boston Marathon yesterday.

My good friend and co-worker dreams to run Boston.

I am glad she was not there yesterday.

My heart breaks for those suffering.

I am always amazed at those that run into trouble and slightly understanding of those running away.

We need more heroes in our day to day world and yesterday they put on their capes and showed themselves.

Take a moment.

Be grateful.

Put your cape away until another time it is needed.
