Portion Control, do you have it?

America’s portion sizes have steadily increased over time. We as a nation have increased over time.

According to this image we obviously can’t figure out how much we should be eating.
My goal for the next three months is to work on my portion control.

Is portion control part of healthy eating? Or is healthy eating a byproduct of portion control?

I know that my portions can slowly and/or rapidly grow out of control.

I need to always have the reminder available to reference for my portion control.

I will let you know how this goes. Expect good and bad days.
