Sleeping

Do you ever have problems sleeping?  Lately I have.  It sucks.  It started a few months ago with me waking up a few minutes before my alarm, not a big deal, right?  Now my alarm goes off a few minutes after 5 am.  Early huh?  So waking before it was not too bad.  Then a few weeks after that I started to wake about 415 am,  that is AM  people!   I was not able to go back to sleep, just felt really tired. 

Move it forward in time to about 1 week ago and my new wakeup time is 315 am.  This is two, count it two hours before my alarm goes off.  I am not able to get back to sleep either.

Is this insomnia?   Insomnia is defined as:

Yep, that is what I have.  How to fix it?   I am tired.

Does counting these help?

Sheep,_Stodmarsh_6  I have not idea but, they are cute. 

Any ideas? 

For now I guess I nap when I can, just not behind the wheel of the car.  I will wait till I get home.

    Our last midwife goes to bed at 12:00 and gets up at 3:00, both a.m. She is one of those wacky people who can function on very little sleep. Good for a midwife I guess. She does laundry, and gets a lot accomplished when the house is quiet. She has like eight kids I think. I keep waking up at three in the morning and can’t fall back to sleep either, and I can tell you, there is nothing good to watch on TV at that hour, unless you are interested in penis extension supplements or getting rich quick. Sometimes I try stretching in yoga like poses ( I guess, I’ve never actually done yoga) and that puts me in a more sleepy mode.
