Do you ever have problems sleeping? Lately I have. It sucks. It started a few months ago with me waking up a few minutes before my alarm, not a big deal, right? Now my alarm goes off a few minutes after 5 am. Early huh? So waking before it was not too bad. Then a few weeks after that I started to wake about 415 am, that is AM people! I was not able to go back to sleep, just felt really tired.
Move it forward in time to about 1 week ago and my new wakeup time is 315 am. This is two, count it two hours before my alarm goes off. I am not able to get back to sleep either.

Yep, that is what I have. How to fix it? I am tired.

For now I guess I nap when I can, just not behind the wheel of the car. I will wait till I get home.
