Pumpkin Smoothie

I have been eating oatmeal for the last 2.5 years almost every morning for breakfast.  I am getting SICK of oatmeal.

It may be time to change to a different yet just as easy breakfast.

I eat my breakfast in the car on the way to work.  Yes, I know this can be dangerous, I do live about an hour away from my job.  Most of that drive is on open highway.  I know still dangerous.

Today I decided to try a different breakfast that did not involve any oatmeal, Hurray!


Pumpkin Smoothie.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 small banana
  • Ice as preferred
  • blend to desired smoothieness (is that a word?)
  • drink  Smile

This was a very filling breakfast and tasted yummy good!

What do you do for breakfast?  Do you routinely eat the same thing?
