Breakfast

This was my breakfast last week.  Yummy!

1/2 c oats

1 cup almond milk

1/4 c frozen raspberries

1 scoop myofusion protein powder – vanilla

ice to desired thickness

This is my go to meal for breakfast fast, easy to make and drinkable while driving to work.  All bonuses in my world.
